While most mint ice cream is green, you’ll notice ours is not. Did we do something wrong? Did we leave something out? Was someone asleep on the job? Nope, we’re all wide awake here. It’s not green because we don’t use food coloring to make it look like the color of mint. Instead we use pure organic mint extract, and that’s it, to let the mint flavor stand on it’s own. When you use real mint to flavor ice cream, it doesn’t make it green, it makes it delicious.
